If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can review the issue.

5. Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Once an order is handed to the courier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
