Made-to-Order Items
All products sold by Douzelle are made to order. Each item is produced specifically after an order is placed.
Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, color, or variant selected
• Orders placed in error
• Processing or shipping delays once an order is in production
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order is custom-made and non-refundable.
Order Review Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout.
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Exceptions (Limited & Required)
A replacement or refund may be issued only in the following cases:
• The item arrives damaged, or
• The item received is materially different from what was ordered
To qualify, customers must:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photographic evidence
• Keep original packaging until the issue is resolved
Approved resolutions may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.
Shipping & Delivery
Production and shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by holidays, high order volume, carrier disruptions, customs, or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for refunds.
Disputes & Chargebacks

Unauthorized or premature chargebacks may result in delays in resolution.
